NIHC Group currently maintains staffing with the ability to process Initial Credentialing and/or Re-credentialing applications at levels consistent with individual practices, group entities and large hospital/insurer criteria. NIHC Group has the ability to focus manpower between accounts and provide additional resources for target projects. Additional staff is obtained as capacity reaches approximately eighty percent of current manpower.
NIHC Group functions on average credentialing time-frames which is 90-120 days for Initial and Re-credentialing applications based upon the needs of the Practice. NIHC Group details and maintains the quality of information that is submitted for processing. Such tasks like data quality will all be documented in our system.
All work performed by NIHC Group will be monitored and supervised under the direction of a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) as certified via the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
